TriCryo is a recovery and performance center in Erie, PA offering non-invasive services designed to support circulation, recovery, relaxation, skin health, and body contouring. Our services are tailored to help you feel refreshed, energized, and supported in your goals.

Appointments are encouraged to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. You can also call ahead with any questions.

A formal consultation is not required, but we’re happy to discuss your goals and recommend services during your first visit.

Session times vary by service and range from 3–40 minutes.

No. TriCryo provides non-invasive wellness services. They are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Certain services require specific attire, which we provide when needed.

Specialty services are available every day we’re open, except Sundays.

Yes, if they meet the minimum age requirement for the service. A legal guardian must sign the waiver and be present if required.

Cryotherapy

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes the body to extremely cold air for a short period to support circulation, recovery, and energy levels.

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes most of the body to cold air inside a chamber, while local cryotherapy targets a specific area using focused cold air.

Our electric chamber uses circulating cold air to create an experience that can feel like the -160s, even though the actual air temperature is higher.

Standard session is 3 minutes (adjustable 1–4 minutes).

Considered safe for most healthy adults when performed properly. A waiver is required and some conditions may require clearance.

Some clients use cryotherapy multiple times per week. New clients often begin with more frequent sessions before transitioning to maintenance.

This approach allows for more even coverage, greater convenience, and a more comprehensive wellness experience, all guided by trained staff to ensure proper use.

Cryo Slimming

A non-invasive body contouring service that uses controlled cooling to target specific areas.

Abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, and under the chin.

Cryo slimming uses non-invasive cooling technology rather than surgical or aggressive approaches, making it a popular option for those seeking a gentler wellness-focused experience.

Approximately 40 minutes (15 minutes cooling, 10 vibration, 15 compression).

Non-invasive and monitored. A waiver is required.

Often scheduled 5–7 days apart per area.

Local Cryotherapy

Whole-body exposes the entire body. Local focuses on one area at a time for precise support.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna uses targeted infrared light to warm the body directly, supporting circulation, relaxation, and muscle recovery.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you. Infrared saunas warm the body more directly at lower ambient temperatures, creating a deep warming experience without steam.

Infrared sauna sessions are commonly used to support circulation, muscle relaxation, skin appearance, and overall recovery.

Sessions last up to 40 minutes and can be customized to your comfort level.

Infrared saunas are safe for most healthy adults. Stay hydrated and consult your healthcare provider if you have medical concerns.

Many clients use it 2–3 times per week depending on their goals.

Salt Therapy

Salt therapy (halotherapy) uses dry salt aerosol dispersed in a controlled room to support respiratory comfort, skin clarity, and relaxation.

Salt therapy is commonly used to support breathing comfort during seasonal changes and environmental sensitivities, as well as promote healthy-looking skin.

You relax in a salt-infused environment while breathing microscopic salt particles. This may support the body’s natural mucus-clearing processes and gently interact with the skin.
