What is Tricryo?

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are encouraged to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. You can also call ahead with any questions.
Is a consultation required before my first visit?
A formal consultation is not required, but we’re happy to discuss your goals and recommend services during your first visit.
How long do sessions typically last?
Session times vary by service and range from 3–40 minutes.
Are your services medical treatments?
No. TriCryo provides non-invasive wellness services. They are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.
What should I wear or bring to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Certain services require specific attire, which we provide when needed.
Are specialty services offered every day?
Specialty services are available every day we’re open, except Sundays.
Can someone under 18 book a service?
Yes, if they meet the minimum age requirement for the service. A legal guardian must sign the waiver and be present if required.

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes most of the body to cold air inside a chamber, while local cryotherapy targets a specific area using focused cold air.
How cold does cryotherapy get?
Our electric chamber uses circulating cold air to create an experience that can feel like the -160s, even though the actual air temperature is higher.
How long does a cryotherapy session last?
Standard session is 3 minutes (adjustable 1–4 minutes).
Is cryotherapy safe?

How often can I do cryotherapy?
