Local Cryotherapy
Local Cryotherapy
Local Cryotherapy uses controlled, targeted cooling to focus on specific joints, muscles, or problem areas. By applying precise cold exposure to a defined location, this service is designed to support circulation and promote recovery exactly where it’s needed.
Unlike whole-body cryotherapy, Local Cryotherapy concentrates on one area at a time. The cooling effect temporarily constricts blood vessels, followed by a natural return of circulation, which may help support the body’s recovery response in the treated area.
Each session also includes 15 minutes of localized Red Light Therapy to further support circulation and tissue recovery following cold exposure.
Supports the Body’s Inflammatory Response
Targeted cold exposure may help calm temporary swelling and support the body’s natural response to physical stress in the treated area.
Promotes Comfort & Recovery
Localized cooling creates a temporary numbing sensation, which many clients find helpful for supporting comfort after activity. The subsequent return of circulation may assist nutrient delivery to the area as part of the recovery process.
Encourages Nervous System Reset
Cold exposure can stimulate the body’s stress-response pathways, which may promote relaxation and a refreshed feeling following treatment.
Local cryotherapy provides focused relief that supports recovery, healing, and comfortable movement.
